We have some great mates in Canada when any of the southcentralkiteboarders head over that way. by what Rob is saying pack your thickest wettie and your hip flask. They seem to get some strong winds up there, like up to 40 knots at times.
Apparently is not usual to have such conditions on the lake. these guys are in Montreal, Quebec Canada, and if you are into Hockey that's the place (Ice hockey that is). Montreal is an Island situated on the St Lawrence River - central kighway of the great lakes. Most of these picks are in Sandbanks where the gang often go.

Well bros when you have a Jan/Feb off come to SA and we will get you into some South Ozzi surf and talk French chicks. Southcentralkiteboarders there are plenty of nice french girls over there, Mmm, photos?
