Well what started as only a possible due to the stronger NE pattern fighting the SE pattern from a little dent from a low in Australia, turned out to be a stong ESE wind which fed into a SE sea breeze and away we went.
More crew turned up than expected, some dudes from Perth and those city fuelers.
Everyone behaved and we kept well away from the crowds, all in all a great day.
The a rest day on Sunday for New Years Eve and the pattern arced up again for a similiar wind on New Years day but the new year bought bigger swell.
